The apartment is located on the ground floor of the Vista Roja residence, just a stone's throw away from the sandy La Tejita Beach, one of the longest natural beaches in southern Tenerife. Vista Roja, which translates to "View of Roja," is a fitting name, as the expansive terrace offers direct views not only of the ocean but also of the mysterious volcanic Mount Roja.

The complex features two communal pools, one large and one smaller, as well as a small playground where children can play while you watch them from the terrace. The location is truly exceptional because you can reach the beach in less than a 3-minute walk in one direction and the La Tejita Street Market shopping center in the other direction, where there are numerous restaurants offering various cuisines such as Asian, Italian, and Indian, as well as several cafes and ice cream shops. There is also a small boutique and a hair salon. Next to the complex is a park ideal for evening walks, rollerblading, or cycling. There is also a basketball court and, of course, a playground for young children.

The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, two bathrooms, and a kitchen connected to the dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, induction cooktop, range hood, and coffee maker. As for the bedrooms, the main bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds that can be joined together. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower, and the basic amenities include a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, towels, and bed linen.

Wi-Fi connectivity works very well throughout the apartment. You can also request a free parking space in the underground garage, subject to availability, so it's ideal to let us know as soon as possible if you're interested, so we can reserve a spot for you. In addition, there is plenty of public parking available in the area, and parking near the apartment is usually not difficult. For small children, we offer cots and high chairs upon request to make your family's stay more comfortable and feel at home.

If you are nature lovers, we definitely recommend a trip to the aforementioned Montana Roja, which stands 171 meters above the ocean in a protected natural reserve, with a hiking trail leading there. Another natural reserve, San Blas, is only a few minutes away by car. Water sports enthusiasts will also appreciate the proximity of the popular resort of El Médano, where you can surf, kitesurf, windsurf, kayak, and possibly take lessons at one of the local schools. Nearby are also the golf courses Golf del Sur and Amarilla Golf & Country Club.

The southern Reina Sofía Airport is just a 15-minute drive away, making arrivals and departures hassle-free. The nearby village of Los Abrigos with a small harbor offers cozy restaurants specializing in fish and seafood. Los Cristianos, Las Américas, and Costa Adeje are less than half an hour away by car and are also popular tourist destinations.
