This cozy ground-floor apartment in the Vista Roja residence is located just opposite the wide natural beach of La Tejita. It features a private terrace with beautiful sea views, perfect for relaxing with your family. The complex offers two shared pools — one for adults and a safe one for children.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a living-dining area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms with shower. It includes high-speed Wi-Fi, towels, bed linens, a hairdryer, and a dishwasher.

For families with children, we provide a baby cot and high chair free of charge upon request. Free underground parking is also available on request, subject to availability, and there is public parking nearby.

Just a 3-minute walk takes you to the beach, a shopping center with a supermarket, restaurants, and a pharmacy, as well as a park with swings, basketball courts, and areas for skating or biking — perfect for family afternoons.

The area is ideal for hiking (with Montaña Roja nearby), water sports in El Médano, and golf lovers will find excellent courses close by.
