SUNBEACH is a spacious and beautiful apartment with a private terrace perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The complex has two communal heated swimming pools and is located less than 5 minutes walk distance from the beach.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living - dining room with sofa, open plan fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower. Basic equipment includes a hairdryer, towels, bed linen and a portable air-conditioning unit.

The Wi-Fi connection is reliable throughout the entire apartment. For families traveling with little ones, we’re happy to provide cots and high chairs upon request, ensuring a more comfortable and safe stay for everyone. You can also reserve a parking space in the underground garage free of charge.

It is conveniently located close to La Tejita Street Market shopping center, which offers restaurants, a supermarket, and other services. In front of the market, you'll find a park with playgrounds, sports courts, and areas for skating or biking.

The area is perfect for nature lovers and water sports enthusiasts, with excellent conditions for kitesurfing, windsurfing, and surfing. There are hiking trails leading to Montaña Roja, and direct access to one of the largest natural beaches in southern Tenerife.
