The luxury apartment located in the residential complex Las Terrazas de Sotaveno II boasts a unique location, as La Tejita Beach, one of the most beautiful and longest natural sandy beaches in the south of Tenerife, is just a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. The property features a large terrace, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The complex has two communal swimming pools, one large and one small for children. Another advantage of the location is the La Tejita Street Market shopping center, located 3 minutes on foot, where in addition to a supermarket and restaurants of all kinds, you will also find a wellness center, a boutique, and a hairdresser. Next to the center is a park with two basketball courts, a children’s playground with swings and climbing structures, and paths perfect for cycling or rollerblading.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living room connected to the dining area, 1 bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, electric cooktop, extractor fan, and coffee maker. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The fully equipped bathroom includes a shower, and the basic amenities consist of a hairdryer, towels, bed linens, and a portable air conditioning unit.

Regarding parking, the apartment comes with one space in the communal underground garage, but parking is usually not an issue outside around the residence. Nearby, there are also two golf courses, Amarilla Golf and Golf del Sur, and for adventure, you can head to Marina San Miguel, where you can take a submarine tour to discover the seabed. The popular Loro Parque Zoo in Puerto de la Cruz is just an hour away, and the Siam Park water kingdom is less than half an hour away.

The drive from Tenerife South Reina Sofia Airport takes just 15 minutes, allowing for a convenient arrival and departure. Finally, it’s worth mentioning the nearby village of Los Abrigos, where you can enjoy cozy restaurants specializing in fish and seafood. Los Cristianos, Las Americas, and Costa Adeje, other popular tourist resorts, are about a 20-minute drive away.
