The apartment is located in the Las Terrazas complex and boasts a large terrace, which is the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun's energy.

The apartment includes 2 bedrooms: the first with a double bed, and the second with two single beds. There is also a bathroom, a living room with a television, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, and more. A barbecue, outdoor seating on the terrace, sun loungers, bed linen, towels, and a hairdryer are also provided. Upon request, we can also provide a cot and high chair for your little ones, ensuring you enjoy complete comfort.

The complex also features two heated pools, one larger and one smaller for children, a tennis court, and a space in the shared underground garage. Wi-Fi is free and works very well throughout the apartment.

Our customers particularly appreciate the location, which is truly exceptional. It is a quiet place, only a 5-minute walk from the largest natural beach in the south of Tenerife, La Tejita, and just a 3-minute walk from the local shopping center, La Tejita Street Market, where you can find not only a supermarket and cafes but also restaurants offering various cuisines, a hair salon, a small boutique, and more.

If you are a hiking enthusiast, we definitely recommend a trip to the local Montana Roja, where there is a hiking trail. You will also get closer to Medano, a town full of water sports enthusiasts, such as kitesurfing, windsurfing, and surfing, and you can take lessons at one of the sports schools.

There are also other attractions within a short distance, such as Siam Park water kingdom, just 30 minutes by car, Loro Park an hour by car, and Amarilla Golf and Golf del Sur only 15 minutes away.
